Refund policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

2. Condition of Home Fragrance Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, resellable condition:

• Candles: Must be unlit with the wick untrimmed.
• Diffusers: The seal on the fragrance bottle must be unbroken and reeds must be unused.
• Wax Melts: Packaging must be unopened and melts must be intact.
• General: All original branding and safety (CLP) labels must be attached and undamaged.

3. Items Exempt from Returns

We cannot accept returns on personalized items or custom-made scent blends created to your specification.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your glass jar arrives cracked or your diffuser is leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact us at Poshhh.co@outlook.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

5. Return Shipping

For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service; Poshhhco Ltd cannot refund items that are lost or broken in transit back to us.
