1. Domestic Shipping Only Poshhhco Ltd currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Times We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

4. Fragile Packaging Guarantee Because our products (candles and diffusers) are made of glass and delicate wax, we take extra care in our packaging. We use [e.g., recyclable bubble wrap and sturdy boxes] to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Lost Items Poshhhco Ltd is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

Damaged Items: If you receive your order and the glass is broken or the product is damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take a clear photo of the damage and email us at Poshhh.co@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Items: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 working days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
7. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Poshhhco Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
